The creation of this book has been a labor of love for artist Jeannine Chappell and poet Jan Dederick.  The book contains 20 original images by Jeannine with poems written by Jan in response to the images, and is custom printed and presented in a hand-made cloth cover.

The circle, or the wheel, is one of several universal symbols found in all cultures through the ages, and points to wholeness, or the holy.  The structure of the book follows the wheel of life, beginning with the wonder of childhood and moving through questioning of young adulthood, the responsibilities of parenthood, the loss and acceptance old age, and back to the miracle of new life.
